Chocolate Enrobing Line

You can position the upper coating unit as desired both horizontally and vertically to perform a perfect coating process.
You can cover all or half of your product, or only the bottom and edges.
The calibrated blowing fan is designed for perfect coating in the entire bandwidth with base stripping shafts, precise lower and upper coating units.
The bottom coating unit is water-walled and precisely tempered water circulates in it.
Since the blowing fan is equipped with a speed controller, heater and cooler unit, it can be adjusted as desired regardless of the outdoor temperature.
The special mixer of the chocolate container has a surface refreshing structure, it ensures that your chocolate always stays in the same structure. Thanks to the laser sensor, it adjusts the chocolate level precisely.
There is an additional chocolate pump for cleaning October or for discharging tempered chocolate.
During the design, all surfaces that may cause contamination have been reduced to a minimum in order to achieve the most ideal hygiene conditions.
The burr stripping unit works extremely effectively with its slim design and can be disassembled in minutes.
October Jul. condiment coating, temper disruptor, biscuit inversion and top suppression device, wave and line decor machines, additional hoods are also available.
