In chocolate production, they are mixers in which the raw materials to be processed in a chocolate mixer are mixed at high speed beforehand.
Apart from the normal mixer, there is a separate turbo mixer at the top.
Raw material and total product weighing can be carried out with the loadcell weighing cells under the pre-preparation mixer.
Powder raw materials can be fed automatically with the screw hopper located before.
It is completely made of AISI304 stainless steel.
